Business Polices

All coaching and hypnotherapy sessions are offered via phone or online using Zoom.

Payment Policy:

In order to reserve a session, payment is prepaid when your session is scheduled.

I take pre-payment via Zelle and Venmo.

I use Square to accept most credit / debit cards. An additional fee is added for Square charges.

Rescheduling Policy:
Should you need to reschedule an appointment with me, I require a minimum of 48 hours notice via text or voice message to my mobile phone.

Session Cancelation Policy: 

If you need to cancel an appointment with me, I require a minimum of 48 hours notice via text or voice message to my mobile phone to provide a refund.

Processing fees of 10% will be deducted from refunds.

Paperwork Policy:

Once you book a session or purchase a package of sessions, the required paper work of contact information, personal history, and general waiver will be emailed to you.

All required paper work needs to be completed and returned vi email to Linda PRIOR to your first session.
