Just FEEL!
Don't hold "negative" feelings inside because strong low vibrating emotions are ACIDIC.
Let the emotion run it's course in a safe & appropriate manner, allowing yourself to purge it.
(This does not mean having an anger rage directly at someone else. Perhaps some lone venting & pillow pounding. Or perhaps a really good self-pity party.)
After it's release, you can thank your emotional self for the revelations your strong emotions brought you.
Maybe it is time to make some changes that reflect how much you love you and are now willing to care for yourself.
